Grocott Loaned To Stafford

Stoke Beat Deadline To Sign Tonge

  Stoke beat the transfer deadline to make their tenth signing of the summer in Sheffield United’s midfield player Michael Tonge. The deal, which was carried out completely in the last hour of the transfer window sees the 25 year old joining the Potters on a four year contract for a fee of £2 million.

Stoke Sign Palace’s Soares For Initial £1.25 Million

Parkin Joins Preston On A Permanent Deal

  As expected, Jon Parkin has joined Preston on a permanent basis for an undisclosed fee rumoured to be of around £500,000. The big striker who only signed for Stoke fourteen months ago made his debut on Saturday and gave an impressive performance in Preston’s 2-1 victory over Charlton.
